ATTENTION! On many customers request we have added the delivery of UNCHECKED mail. This delivery method is recommended for small parcels with a low value, this is a way of sending 2 EUR cheaper, because on this delivery method no registration fee. Akosmetika.lt recommend that Customers should select a signed for delivery as their primary shipping option. Customers choosing a shipping method which does not include signed for delivery confirmation are deemed to accept responsibility for pursuing any lost / late package(s) with the carrier. Akosmetika.lt will always provide proof of shipping details when requested. The main delivery method is registered (signed) mail, so in the "CART" "you will see the delivery of registered (signed) mail, but before the payment you will be able to choose another method of delivery.

 

Why should I send packages by registered mail?

Sending parcels by registered (signed) mail, parcel disappearance case is much easier to trace where and how ir disappeared, because each movement phase,  is recorded, and for its transport from point A to point B is  responsible person.

 The price has yet to contribute EUR 0.30 for padded envelope. Padded envelope reduces the likelihood that your goods are damaged during transportation.

Terms

Parcels are sent on work days, Monday - Friday.

If booking made and paid before 15:00., Parcel will be sent on the same day if after 15.00. - Will be sent the next day.

 

Delivery time

 

Usually European Union Countries the parcel reaches the recipient within 3-6 business days, depending on the efficiency of the postal service in the destination country, as final delivery is via local postal service and on parcels traffic on the post (eg before major holidays).

We pack are packeges as good as possible, but we can not respond and are not responsible for what happens to them at the post office. Therefore, when you will get your package please check: is it hans't been opened or the packaging is undamaged, check siunitinio weight.
